We're hiring a Social Media Marketer (LinkedIn Focus) to manage day-to-day LinkedIn growth and engagement for multiple founder and business accounts.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys conversations, relationship building, and wants hands-on exposure to personal branding, outreach, and sales operations.

You will directly contribute to helping clients generate leads and book calls through LinkedIn.

Role Overview :

You will manage LinkedIn accounts end-to-end.

From posting content to handling conversations, you will own the complete engagement lifecycle.

This role blends:

• Content execution

• Community management

• Outbound messaging

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage 4–5 client LinkedIn accounts

• Schedule and publish posts consistently

• Handle daily engagement (comments, DMs, interactions)

• Run outbound messaging campaigns

• Respond to inbound and outbound conversations

• Qualify prospects and initiate first-level discussions

• Book calls for clients where relevant

• Track activities inside CRM

• Monitor growth, engagement, and lead metrics

Skills Required :

• Strong written communication

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable interacting with people online

• Consistency and ownership mindset

• Basic understanding of LinkedIn or social media platforms

• Ability to follow processes and execute daily tasks reliably

• Any GRADUATE student can apply 

Compensation : 

• Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000/month + Performance incentives
