Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Create content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Identify trends, audience preferences, and growth opportunities.
2. Content Creation & Management- Plan engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers for creative execution.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.
3. Platform Management- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community.
4. Performance Tracking & Optimization- Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.
- Analyze performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and third-party tools.
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights and trends.
5. Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.
Desired Profile of the candidate:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Basic understanding of paid ads and analytics.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot across systems.
