About the Role
Physics Wallah is looking for a creative and growth-driven Social Media Manager (YouTube Specialist) who understands how to build and scale YouTube channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating engaging content, managing YouTube growth strategies, and understanding audience trends, especially in short-form content like Shorts and Reels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow YouTube channels with a focus on increasing subscribers, views, and engagement.
- Plan and execute content strategies aligned with audience demand and trending topics.
- Create and optimize YouTube Shorts, Reels, and long-form videos for better reach.
- Handle video editing and publishing while ensuring high-quality content output.
- Analyze YouTube analytics, audience behavior, and performance metrics to improve growth.
- Identify trending topics and viral formats to maximize engagement.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns.
Requirements
- Must have built or managed a social media/YouTube channel from scratch.
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and content optimization.
- Experience in editing videos for Shorts, Reels, and YouTube content.
- Ability to understand audience trends and create engaging content.
- Passion for building new content channels from 0 to scale.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of YouTube analytics and growth strategies.
- Experience in education or content-driven platforms is a plus.
