Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
- Manage and grow presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
- Create and oversee engaging content calendars, including posts, stories, and reels
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and video editors to deliver impactful creatives
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
- Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships
- Track, analyze, and report performance using social media analytics tools
- Stay updated with emerging platforms, features, and best practices
Requirements
- 05 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, scheduling, and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong understanding of content creation, branding, and audience engagement
- Creativity in designing and executing campaigns that capture attention
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize strategies
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of graphic/video editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro
