Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can independently research, plan, create, design, publish, and optimise social media content across multiple platforms to drive engagement, brand trust, and inbound leads for Australia Customers/Market.

This is a hands-on role, not just posting. You will be responsible for strategy + execution, including organic content and paid social media ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research content ideas relevant to IT services, technology problems, cybersecurity, home & business users
• Create a monthly and weekly content calendar
• Strategise and Plan.
• Manage and grow presence on: Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok
• Schedule and publish content consistently
• Monitor comments and messages and flag important ones
• Improve engagement rate, reach, and followers
• Paid Social Media Ads
• Create ad creatives and copy.
• Understand targeting, audiences, budgets, and basic optimisation
• Work with management on promotions and campaigns
• Track performance and suggest improvements
• Weekly / monthly performance reports

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong content research and ideation skills.
• Excellent English (written & basic spoken).
• Strong hands-on experience with Canva and other creative tools.
• Experience managing service businesses.
• Experience running Facebook / Instagram ads
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  

Additional Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in IT, SaaS industry
• Knowledge of LinkedIn content strategy.
• Understanding of lead-generation funnels.
• Basic video editing / reel creation skills.
