Social Media Manager

About This Role

We are looking for a talented and discreet Social Media Manager to work directly with a founder on building a powerful personal brand operated in stealth mode. This is not a typical brand-management role. You will be the behind-the-scenes architect of a high-impact personal brand across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube.

You will create, edit, and schedule content that positions the founder as a thought leader in AI, SaaS, and performance marketing without revealing the full identity of the brand until the right time.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube (in stealth mode)

- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with personal branding goals

- Create scroll-stopping short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos) using video editing tools

- Design high-quality graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator (GD skills required)

- Edit walk-and-talk videos, podcast clips, and founder interview content

- Write compelling captions, hooks, and post copy that drives engagement

- Monitor analytics and optimize content strategy based on performance data

- Coordinate with the founder for ideas, shoots, and content approvals maintaining confidentiality at all times

Required Skills

- Proven experience in social media management (personal brand or creator management preferred)

- Strong Video Editing skills Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro, Movavi, or Runway

- Graphic Design (GD) skills Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator

- Deep understanding of content trends on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

- Excellent written communication and storytelling ability

- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and trust

- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

- Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, or similar)

Bonus Skills

- Experience working with startup founders or personal brands

- Knowledge of AI, SaaS, or performance marketing space

- Familiarity with podcast editing and distribution

- Understanding of viral content frameworks and hooks
