Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Social Media Manager, based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, planning, and implementing social media strategies to align with the company's vision. They will manage and optimize social media accounts, develop engaging content, drive brand awareness, and monitor performance metrics. The position also entails coordinating with different teams to effectively convey the brand message and ensuring the social media presence aligns with the business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and devising impactful social media strategies
• Strong Communication skills and ability to craft engaging messaging for diverse audiences
• Expertise in Content Strategy and Writing for various social media platforms
• Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor and improve campaign performance
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset
• Video Editing and Designing skills are mandatory.
• Prior experience in managing social media for e-commerce or technology brands is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred
