Social Media Manager

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team on-site at our Pune location. The Social Media Manager will oversee the daily management of social media platforms, develop and implement content strategies, optimize social media performance, and ensure consistent communication with online audiences. This role also involves crafting engaging content and monitoring metrics to drive growth and user engagement.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize social media performance
• Creativity and a proactive approach to managing online presence
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of emerging social media trends and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
