About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Person with 2–3 years of experience to manage and grow viaENS online presence. The ideal candidate should understand content trends, audience engagement, and performance tracking across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle all company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand voice
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies
- Monitor trends and implement relevant content ideas
- Engage with audience (comments, messages, community building)
- Track performance using analytics tools and optimise campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams (HR, marketing, design) for content creation
- Run paid social media campaigns when required
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to analyse data and improve engagement
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B or service-based companies
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
