About Us: The Show is a premium event management company specializing in luxury weddings, experiential design, and hospitality services. From guest experience design and logistics to stationery and hampers, the company delivers meticulously curated, high-end events that leave lasting impressions.

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Working Model: Onsite

Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Budget: 40k to 50k (depending on experience)

Experience: 1-2 years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing

Role Overview: We are seeking a Social Media Manager who can bring The Show's luxury events to life online. You will shape the brand's digital story, create captivating content, drive engagement, and translate every event into a memorable online experience. This role blends creativity, strategy, and on-ground execution, including campaign planning, live content capture, and client-facing concept decks, to elevate The Show's presence across social media.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Strategy

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across events, launches, and brand initiatives
  • Drive a distinct, consistent brand voice across all platforms
  • Conceptualize and create content across formatsreels, videos, posts, and carousels

Event & Real-Time Content

  • Capture and publish live content during events, highlighting key moments
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and internal teams for seamless execution
  • Translate on-ground experiences into engaging digital content

Client Concept Decks

  • Create structured, visually compelling decks outlining campaign ideas and creative direction
  • Present concepts clearly with a strong balance of strategy and aesthetics

Performance & Growth

  • Track and analyze content performance to inform future campaigns
  • Stay updated on trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
  • Experiment with new formats to improve reach and engagement

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience with presentations and concept decks
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Comfortable with on-ground event coverage
  • Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
