Job Title: Social Media/ Content Manager

Location:Bangalore, on-site, HQ: Malleshwaram, Bangalore

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media / Content Manager with a strong background in content marketing and digital storytelling to elevate our brand in the health tech space. You will lead our social media strategy, drive engaging content campaigns, and collaborate with KOL/influencers to create immersive brand experiences across all social media channels

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for the Health tech sector
  • Plan and execute content for higher engagement and follower counts
  • Plan campaigns aligned with brand positioning
  • Identify right content pillars for the brand including not limited to consumer testimonials , Leadership posts
  • Lead the influencer marketing strategy, including identification, outreach, negotiation, and long-term collaboration with KOL, influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Maintain and optimize a social media content calendar, integrating seasonal campaigns, events, and product launches.

Content & Community Management

  • Oversee creation of premium content high-quality images, videos, reels, stories, and interactive posts that reflect the brand's identity
  • Should have experience in copy writing and videography to produce aspirational content.
  • Manage community engagement, ensuring timely, personalized, and brand-aligned interactions.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews, mentions, and queries across platforms, maintaining a positive brand reputation.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, influencer ROI, engagement metrics, and audience insights.
  • Use insights to refine strategy and optimize content for engagement, conversions, and purchase

Collaboration & Team Leadership

  • Work closely with the product team, Leadership team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across touchpoints.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in social media management in B2C brand
  • Experience in scaling up the social media channel from ground-up
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, including executing high-impact campaigns and measuring ROI.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social campaigns, content creation, and influencer collaborations.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, management tools, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with content creation tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, or equivalents.
  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills(long and short form content), with an understanding of aspirational and lifestyle branding.
  • Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills for influencer partnerships.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of social campaigns and optimization of content for more reach and follower count
  • Familiarity with trending digital formats like reels, short-form immersive video content.
