Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has 13 years of hands-on experience in content creation, community management, and social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage daily community interactions including comments, DMs, mentions, and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor social media trends, insights, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
- Work with designers or create basic visuals, reels, and short-form video content when needed.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Assist with influencer collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Participate in brainstorming new content ideas and social media strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their analytics tools.
- Ability to create basic graphics and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and best practices.
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising on social media (a plus).
