Job Description

The Social Media Manager at our boutique agency will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy for all our clients to increase our online presence and improve marketing and efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing and content teams to create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising between clients & the internal teams.
  • Discussing with clients on strategy, their requirements and tasks
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms.
  • Account Management (Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin) - Strategy, Content Calendars.
  • Posting - Posts & Stories, ORM, Hashtag Research, Reel References, Creation of Stories
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
  • Working with the designer and copywriter to create posts & ad creatives
  • Timely and transparent communication with clients on a regular basis
  • Liaising between analysts, clients, web developers and the internal team

Skill:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 year minimum experience in social media management or a related role.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation and Management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are a plus.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
