Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media campaigns for both in-house and client brands. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behavior, and be passionate about building engaging digital communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content including graphics, videos, and posts.
- Monitor platform analytics and track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online community interactions.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and SEO specialists to create integrated digital campaigns.
- Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media tools and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Proficiency in content planning tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in video content creation (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
- Understanding of influencer marketing, trends, and community building.
- Experience with SEO principles and cross-channel digital marketing strategies.
