Social Media Manager

About the Role:

We're looking for someone who lives on social media and wants to run it like a system. Every post you make starts in our own AI video platform: you'll generate short-form videos, carousels and posts in volume, build the pipeline that takes an idea from brief to published post across every channel, and measure what works so the next batch is better. One idea in. A week of posts out, made on our own platform.

What You'll Do

• Make Content at Scale: Generate Shorts, Reels, LinkedIn videos, carousels and quote cards in our platform, in volume and at each platform's size.
• Build the Pipeline: A repeatable flow from idea to script, generation, review and a scheduled post, with templates, prompts and checklists anyone can rerun.
• Publish on a Cadence: Run posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and X with a scheduling tool, on a steady rhythm.
• Measure and Improve: Track views, watch time, saves and clicks, keep what works, drop what doesn't, and report what you learned each week.
• Show the Product: Turn new features and sample videos into posts that show what interactive video can do.

Who You Are

• Some Real Experience: At least 6 months of hands-on social media work: a job, an internship, freelance clients or channels of your own.
• You Live on Social: You know what makes a Short, a Reel or a LinkedIn post land, and you can explain why.
• AI-Native: You use AI tools every day (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) and want to push them further.
• A Systems Thinker: You'd rather build a template, a spreadsheet or an automation than do the same task twice.
• A Good Eye: Hooks, pacing, captions and visuals matter to you.
• Data-Curious: You read the analytics and change course because of them.
• Clear Writer: A clear writer in English.
• Bonus: Video editing (CapCut, Premiere), design (Canva, Figma), automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) or light scripting, and a social account you've grown yourself.
