Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur for a Social Media Manager. The position requires strategic planning and execution of social media campaigns aligned with broader brand and business objectives. Responsibilities include content architecture development, performance tracking, platform optimization, audience segmentation, and continuous A/B testing to refine engagement and conversion outcomes. The role demands strong analytical thinking, campaign experimentation capability, and alignment with research and development principles to ensure continuous improvement in digital performance. The Social Media Manager will also lead community-building initiatives, manage collaborations, and translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Advanced communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Experience in structured content strategy development and execution
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools, performance dashboards, and social media management platforms
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and convert insights into measurable optimization strategies
  • Research-oriented mindset with understanding of digital R&D frameworks and experimentation models
  • Familiarity with cooperative or institutional brand communication frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, institutional branding, or large-scale social media management is an advantage
  • Camera-friendly personality with strong content creation skills is a plus

Salary 25,000 per month (fixed)
