We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Kochi. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive social media strategies to grow, engage, and convert our online audience.
Your day-to-day tasks will include managing our social media accounts, creating and scheduling captivating content, optimizing posts for maximum reach, interacting with our community of followers, and running paid advertising campaigns. You will also analyze performance metrics to continuously refine our social media initiatives.
Qualifications- Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Meta Ads Specialization: Proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), including budget management, audience targeting, and ROI tracking.
- Content Strategy: Experience in developing tailored content strategies that resonate with digital audiences.
- Communication Skills: Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills to represent our creative brand voice.
- Data-Driven: Knowledge of analytics tools to assess, report on, and enhance social media and ad campaign performance.
- Trend Awareness: A deep understanding of current trends in social media, digital content, and the creative industry.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple platforms, ad campaigns, and projects simultaneously.
- Bonus: Previous experience in the creative, film, or media industry is a strong plus.
