Our users transformation stories are some of the most powerful content in the space. We have the product. We have the stories. We need someone who can turn them into a movement.

02 — THE ROLE

This is a role for someone who thinks like a founder, creates like a content native, and obsesses over what makes things spread.

You won't be given a brief and told to execute. You'll write the brief, challenge it, throw it out if needed, and find what actually works. You own SpeakX's organic social end-to-end — strategy, content, community, creators, and results. No committee. No waiting.

Not a scheduler. This is not a content calendar job. We want someone with a point of view on what SpeakX should sound like — and the drive to build it from scratch.

03 — WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Strategy & Virality

Content & Community

  • Define what SpeakX sounds like on social — own the playbook
  • Ideate content that spreads — ask: why would someone send this at 11pm
  • Spot cultural moments and move fast enough to own them
  • Experiment relentlessly — kill what doesn't work, double down on what does
  • Produce reels, stories, and short-form video — Hinglish and English both
  • Mine user transformation stories and turn them into content
  • Build and manage a real learner community — not just a follower count
  • Identify and brief creators who actually believe in the product

04 — WHO YOU ARE

You've built audiences, not just managed accounts. You have opinions about why certain reels work and others don't — and the data to back it up. You move before you're asked.

Experience

3–5 years owning social for a consumer brand — edtech, fintech, or lifestyle preferred

Ownership

You've run something solo. You didn't wait to be told what to post.

Viral Instinct

You can point to content you made that spread — and explain exactly why it did

Platforms

Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts are home. You feel algorithm shifts before they're announced.

Language

Fluent in English and Hinglish — you write for Bharat without thinking about it

Speed

A trend window is 48 hours. You don't need three rounds of feedback to ship.

Good to have: Video editing skills · Experience with the Indian creator economy · Prior startup experience
