Role Description The Social Media Manager will manage and grow Sociomark's clients social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and others. This full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, and optimizing posts for engagement and reach. The Social Media Manager will monitor analytics, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights and trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with design and content teams, engaging with online communities, responding to comments and messages, and staying current with platform updates and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Proficient Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-appropriate social media copy.
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and professional interaction with clients and online communities.
  • Experience using social media analytics tools and insights to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with basic design principles and coordination with creative teams; knowledge of graphic or video tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Prior Experience in handling Finance and interior clients will be given preference

Experience

  • Minimum agency experience of 2 years
