Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Andheri, Mumbai. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and campaign objectives. Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, engaging with audiences, monitoring comments and messages, and optimizing posts for reach and performance. The role involves collaborating with designers, writers, and strategists, tracking analytics, preparing performance reports, and suggesting improvements based on data insights. The Social Media Manager will also stay updated on platform trends and best practices to support innovative campaigns for clients.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, craft, and refine engaging, on-brand content.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with clients, and engage effectively with online communities.
  • Relevant skills such as familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube), basic understanding of digital marketing metrics, and experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) are beneficial.
  • Qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, along with 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment, are preferred.
