Social Media Manager

So Pastel is a social-first growth agency in Bangalore. We build brands for D2C and consumer companies, and we're hiring a Social Media Manager to own a set of client accounts end to end.

What you'll do

• Plan monthly content calendars for each brand you own

• Write hooks, captions and reel scripts that people save and share

• Spot trends early and move on them the same day

• Brief our designers and editors, then quality-check what goes live

• Lead our Social Media Executive and keep the day-to-day on track

• Report on what worked: reach, saves, shares, follower growth

• Be the main point of contact for your clients on social

What we're looking for

• 2+ years managing brand social accounts at a social media, digital marketing or creative agency (agency experience is a must)

• Experience handling multiple client brands at the same time

• Sharp copywriting and a real feel for internet culture

• Fluency in Instagram, Reels and short-form trends

• Comfortable with numbers and explaining them to clients

• Organised and calm under deadlines

Nice to have

• Basics of paid social, influencer coordination, Meta Business Suite and Metricool
