Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Lucknow. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities include managing daily posts, monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing content for reach and performance. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns in alignment with marketing goals, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and insights. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support broader digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

• Ability to plan and execute effective social media marketing and SMO strategies, including campaign management and platform optimization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms.
• Experience in developing content strategy and writing engaging, platform-appropriate social media content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and key performance metrics to track, evaluate, and improve campaign results.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of current social media trends, best practices, and major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role within IT or software services is an advantage.
