Social Media Manager

We're hiring a Social Media Manager for Showoffff.in.

At Showoffff, fashion moves fast — and so does content. We're looking for someone who understands Instagram, reels, trends, fashion storytelling, and content that can perform both organically and as paid ad creatives.

What you'll do:

• Plan and manage content across Instagram and other social platforms

• Create monthly content calendars for launches, sales, festive drops, and campaigns

• Ideate and shoot reels, styling videos, vox pops, trends, and campaign-led content

• Be comfortable appearing on camera for reels, hooks, and brand videos

• Write hooks, captions, reel scripts, and short-form content ideas

• Identify which reels and content formats can work well for Meta ads

• Work with design, editing, influencer, and performance marketing teams

• Track content performance and suggest fresh ideas based on reach, engagement, CTR, and ad response

What we're looking for:

• Experience in social media, content creation, or fashion marketing

• Strong understanding of Instagram reels, trends, and viral formats

• Creative thinking with good storytelling skills

• Confidence on camera and clear communication

• Basic understanding of ad creatives and performance-led content

• Good sense of fashion, styling, aesthetics, and customer behaviour

• Ability to take ideas from concept to execution

You'll be a great fit if you love fashion, think in reels, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and can create content that helps a brand grow.
