Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Agra for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the creation and management of engaging social media content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing campaigns for maximum reach and engagement, and monitoring key performance indicators. The role also involves close collaboration with the content and marketing teams to align social media activities with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience with developing and executing Content Strategy
- Creative thinking and ability to analyze social media metrics
- Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms
- Team collaboration and time management skills
- Previous experience in education or technology sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
