Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, managing content across platforms, and optimizing online presence. They will oversee daily social media activities, curate posts, monitor engagements, analyze performance metrics, and ensure alignment with the organization's branding and communication goals. Collaboration with marketing and content teams to create impactful campaigns will also be an important aspect of the role.

Salary- 4-8 Lakhs per annum

Working Days: 6 days Working (Monday-Saturday)

Location: Shemrock Group of Schools - behind Jai Appts, Rajapur, Block F, Sector 9, Rohini, Delhi, (Near Rohini West Metro Station)

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and improving engagement
  • Experience in Content Strategy and creating impactful online campaigns
  • Exceptional Communication and Writing skills for effective content creation and audience interaction
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Understanding of branding and digital marketing best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
