Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager (Founder's Office) based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for designing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence. Day-to-day tasks include planning and creating content, optimizing social media platforms, improving audience engagement, and tracking performance metrics to inform future strategies. The role requires proactive collaboration with internal teams to align social media goals with broader organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Creativity, time management, and an analytical mindset to monitor social media performance
• Knowledge of industry trends and optimal practices for social media platforms
• Previous experience in fashion or retail is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
