Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media strategies for our clients. This role is full-time and based on-site in Saket. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing accounts across platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and driving audience engagement. Collaboration with creative teams and clients is essential to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Create captivating content across formats (posts, images, videos, interactive media)
- Research social trends, hashtags, and competitors to inform strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and brand identity
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Develop storyboards, shot lists, and pre-production materials for campaigns
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with teams for smooth execution
- Stay updated on emerging social media tools and trends
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a marketing agency preferred
- Real Estate industry experience is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing & Optimization (SMO)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proven experience creating engaging content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Ability to turn concepts into compelling digital content
- Familiarity with analytics tools and SEO basics
- Experience in Ads and website development is a plus
- Client handling, team management, and social media management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
