We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple digital platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media channels. The ideal candidate should have expertise in content strategy, employer branding, PR communication, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Manage and handle company social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
Employer Branding
- Build and enhance the company's employer branding across social platforms.
- Create engaging employee-centric content including office culture, events, achievements, hiring campaigns, and success stories.
- Work closely with HR and management teams to showcase company culture and employee experiences.
- Increase brand visibility and audience engagement through innovative campaigns.
PR & Communication
- Manage internal and external communication related to company announcements, achievements, events, and campaigns.
- Coordinate PR activities and media communication when required.
- Draft creative captions, social media copies, and communication content.
- Ensure positive brand image and reputation management online.
Content Strategy & Analytics
- Develop monthly social media calendars and campaign plans.
- Track social media performance, engagement, and growth metrics.
- Generate reports and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams for creative execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and branding.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and digital trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
