At TravellerTrack, we're looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Associate who can make people talk about our brand. If you're someone who understands content, trends, storytelling, and growth marketing, this role is for you.
Your mission is simple: Build awareness, create buzz, generate leads, and make TravellerTrack the most recognized travel management software brand in India.
What you'll do:
- Plan and execute TravellerTrack's complete social media strategy.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop viral marketing ideas, campaigns, and trend-based content.
- Build brand awareness through consistent storytelling and creative execution.
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and business goals.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy.
- Coordinate with the design and video team to produce high-quality creatives.
- Manage and grow the company's online community by responding to comments and messages.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Build and maintain outreach lists for partnerships, influencers, corporates, and media.
- Conduct cold outreach through email and LinkedIn for collaborations and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and marketing strategies.
- Brainstorm innovative campaigns that generate organic reach and customer engagement.
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience in content planning and campaign execution.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and outreach strategies.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc. is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Data-driven approach with knowledge of social media analytics.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
