Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experiencedSocial Media Managerwho can lead, strategize, and manage end-to-end social media operations forUS-based clients. This is a managerial role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in handling diverse social media platforms, paid campaigns, analytics, and content oversight.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire social media function, guiding team members, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with US client expectations.

Key Managerial Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored forUS marketsacross multiple platforms.
  • Lead planning and execution of social media activities aligned with client objectives, brand voice, and market trends.
  • Supervise and guide team members on content creation, planning, analytics, and platform management.

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact forUS clients, ensuring timely communication and clarity on deliverables.
  • Understand client goals, target audience, KPIs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage expectations, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction.

Operational Management

  • Oversee content calendars, workflows, posting schedules, and quality standards.
  • Review and approve content (text, images, videos, infographics) ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and coordinate with creative teams to ensure content innovation.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for campaigns and organic activities.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve engagement, follower growth, and overall ROI.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools relevant to US digital markets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content tailored to US audiences.
  • Plan and oversee promotions and paid ad campaigns across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Optimize social media pages for better visibility, ranking, and brand reach.
  • Moderate and manage user-generated content as per platform guidelines.
  • Collaborate with SEO, PPC, design, and strategy teams for integrated campaigns and brand reputation management.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably handling internationalespecially USclients.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across major platforms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, New Media, or PR is an advantage (not mandatory).
