We're hiring a Social Media Manager who doesn't just post contentbut drives measurable growth. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Campaign Design
- Develop and own social media strategies aligned with business, marketing, and growth objectives
- Design integrated campaigns across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Define campaign hypotheses, KPIs, and success metrics before launch
- Identify target audiences, positioning, messaging frameworks, and content themes
Content Creation & Execution
- Design and produce platform-optimized content (graphics, short-form video, copy, carousels, posts)
- Write compelling, conversion-focused captions and CTAs
- Manage publishing schedules and content calendars
- Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity
Growth & Optimization
- Execute audience growth strategies (organic and paid, if applicable)
- Run A/B tests on creative, messaging, posting cadence, and formats
- Optimize content based on performance data and platform trends
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support launches and campaigns
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance using platform analytics and third-party tools
- Report regularly on key metrics such as:
- Follower growth rate
- Engagement rate
- Reach and impressions
- Click-through rate (CTR)
- Leads, signups, or conversions attributed to social
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Clearly demonstrate ROI and growth impact to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years managing and growing social media accounts for brands or organizations
- Proven ability to both design and execute campaigns independently
- Demonstrated track record of measurable growth outcomes (not just posting frequency)
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency with analytics tools (native platform analytics, GA4, or similar)
- Experience using design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe)
- Comfortable working with performance metrics, dashboards, and reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving leads or revenue from social media (B2B or B2C) through organic posts.
- Experience working with SaaS, healthcare, technology, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Video editing experience for short-form social content
