What you will be doing:
- Manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc.
- Stay up to date with market trends, internet culture, and memes to create content that drives engagement, attracts followers, and increases brand visibility.
- Monitor market-related conversations to ensure timely and relevant posting.
- Collaborate with journalists, editors, and the content team to highlight top stories and analysis.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content strategy accordingly.
- Respond to audience interactions and foster community engagement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of the curve
What we are looking for:
- 2-5 years of experience managing social media for a media, news, or digital content company.
- Strong understanding of X, Facebook, and Instagram best practices.
- Ability to create short, engaging copy aligned with the kind of content we post.
- Experience with analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Prior experience in web3 or financial news media is a strong plus.
Things to Note:
- This is a full-time remote role.
- You'll be working closely with the content team to ensure social amplification of news and stories.
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM IST
- Pay range: 4.5LPA - 8LPA
