Alluring Monks is a creative marketing agency working with brands across India and international markets. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how to build brands, manage clients, and grow communities through consistent and meaningful content.
This role is for someone who has already worked in a marketing agency and knows how to handle multiple client accounts without constant supervision.
What you will handle
- Managing multiple brand accounts across platforms
- Planning content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Posting content at the right time based on audience insights
- Writing captions that connect with audiences and reflect brand voice
- Creating and managing reels and short-form video content
- Growing followers organically and building real engagement
- Managing comments, DMs, and community interactions
- Coordinating with designers and content teams for daily output
- Tracking performance and improving reach and engagement
- Understanding how organic content supports paid campaigns
- Working alongside performance teams for Meta Ads support
What we expect from you
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a marketing agency
- Proven experience managing multiple clients and deadlines
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Clear communication skills and strong English
- Ownership mindset with discipline around timelines

Compensation
Salary range is 25,000 to 30,000 per month depending on experience and skill set.
