Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media channels, crafting and executing content strategies, optimizing social media presence through SMO techniques, and ensuring effective engagement with online audiences. Daily tasks will include creating, curating, and scheduling content, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating campaigns, and fostering impactful communication to drive brand growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with audiences
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
• Skilled in Writing and creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms
• Familiarity with performance analytics tools and understanding of industry best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in managing social media for brands is a plus
