Social Media Manager

The Role

We are seeking a sharp, culturally fluent Social Media & Execution Lead to own and elevate Reaviva's editorial voice and content engine. In this role, you will lead scripting, ideation, content direction, and end-to-end execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You will position Reaviva as authoritative, aspirational, and unmistakably premium, while turning attention into trust and trust into clients. This is a senior content role inside a fast-growing startup environment, requiring strong editorial judgment, disciplined calendar management, and consistent craft delivered at pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Script and ideate high-performing reels, campaigns, and content series across formats

• Build and own the monthly content calendar across organic and supporting paid content

• Guide content direction, hooks, captions, and overall narrative across platforms

• Position Reaviva and its clinical leadership as the authoritative voice in luxury holistic wellness

• Coordinate shoots with clinical, leadership, models, and external talent

• Brief, collaborate with, and approve work from the design team, external editors, and content creators

• Maintain a consistent luxury and premium visual and verbal identity across every post

• Deliver against targets on engagement, saves, shares, reach, follower growth, and inbound message conversion

• Review performance data weekly and direct content investment toward the highest-performing formats and themes

• Support the sales team with conversion-led content, including testimonials, before-and-after stories, frequently asked questions, and clinician-led credibility content

• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in content production; build process where it does not yet exist

• Contribute across the broader content function wherever the business requires it

• Deliver against monthly performance targets covering engagement rate, reach growth, follower growth, reel performance, inbound message to lead conversion, content-led lead volume, calendar adherence, and brand voice consistency

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of social media or content experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and engagement

• Driven, ambitious, and deeply invested in content that performs

• Strong portfolio of scripting and storytelling, supported by verifiable case studies and links

• Confident in directing shoots and making editorial decisions in real time

• Refined premium aesthetic sensibility with a high bar for craft and consistency

• Trend-aware and culturally fluent across luxury, wellness, and lifestyle categories

• Disciplined operator with strong calendar management, tight feedback loops, and consistent delivery against deadlines

• Strong problem-solving instinct; works through ambiguity & builds process where it does not yet exist

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment and contributing beyond the strict edges of role scope

• Understands what converts attention into trust, and trust into clients
