Job Description
Develop and lead content strategy across social media, websites, blogs, emailers, campaigns,
and digital platforms
Write high-quality, engaging, and business-relevant content for health tech, wellness, and
healthcare audiences
Create product communication, campaign messaging, storytelling narratives, and brand
positioning content
Work closely with growth, design, and performance teams to improve content performance.

Measure content performance through defined KPIs and analytics metrics across platforms
Develop strategies to optimize content effectiveness continuously, audience engagement,
and marketing spends/budgets
Drive educational, awareness-driven, topical, and conversion-oriented content initiatives
Maintain consistency in brand tone, communication style, and positioning across all
channels
Stay actively updated with trends, healthcare conversations, consumer behavior, and topical
content opportunities relevant to the business
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns in coordination with creators, agencies,
and internal teams
Collaborate with doctors, product teams, and marketing stakeholders to create impactful
healthcare communication
Build content formats optimized for both brand-building and performance marketing
objectives
Requirements
4–7 years of content/brand communication experience
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Experience With Healthcare, Wellness, Or Consumer Brands Preferred
Understanding of social media and digital content trends
Ability to simplify complex healthcare concepts into engaging communication
