Rabbit Digital is looking for a highly disciplined Social Media Manager who can independently manage multiple brand accounts with precision and consistency. This role requires someone who understands that social media success is driven by execution discipline, content quality, and performance tracking, not just posting content.
Responsibilities
- Own and track the content calendar daily across all assigned clients and ensure flawless publishing without misses.
- Ensure every post is platform-optimized (Reels, Stories, Carousels, etc. ) and scheduled correctly.
- Validate all creative assets before publishing to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and platform standards.
- Identify and recommend relevant trends, cultural moments, and content opportunities for brands.
- Conduct regular competitor tracking and extract actionable insights for content improvement.
- Manage boosting and basic performance optimization through Meta Ads Manager.
- Track post-performance and prepare weekly reports with insights, learnings, and next-step recommendations.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and ensure deliverables are executed as agreed.
- Maintain high engagement hygiene by responding to comments, pushing content via Stories, and ensuring posts do not remain passive.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience managing social media accounts (preferably in a digital or advertising agency).
- Strong attention to detail capable of spotting errors in creatives, captions, and brand usage.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media scheduling tools.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously without missing timelines.
- Strong reporting discipline and ability to translate numbers into insights.
- A proactive mindset is someone who anticipates issues before they occur.
