Job Description

Role Summary: Own and grow our social media channels (mainly Instagram) end-to-end strategy, content, and execution. Build a strong, differentiated brand presence through high-quality, high-frequency content. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and own content strategy, content pillars, and monthly calendars. 2. Ideate and produce high-performing Reels, Stories, and posts. a. Should be open to being in front of the camera if needed 3. Write hooks, scripts, captions, and brief editors/creators. 4. Manage daily posting, stories, and community engagement. 5. Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize for growth. 6. Work closely with influencer and brand teams to align content and campaigns. Instagram - 70% Other channels- Youtube & Linkedin 30% Requirements: 35 years leading Instagram for a D2C/lifestyle brand or agency. Strong aesthetic sense and brand understanding. Strong content ideation + storytelling skills. Deep understanding of IG trends, hooks, and algorithm behavior. Ability to move fast, execute daily, and manage shoots/editors.
