This role is for someone who understands how personal brands actually grow, not just how to schedule posts.
The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can own and scale personal brands end-to-end.
Podcast experience is a strong plus, but what matters more is:
- Understanding content strategy
- Distribution logic
- Platform-specific thinking
- Consistency + compounding
You'll work closely with the founder, editors, and creators to ensure content is not just posted but positioned and pushed correctly.
What You'll Do1. Personal Brand Strategy & Growth
- Build and execute social strategies for founders & creators
- Translate long-form content (podcasts, talks) into high-performing social assets
- Understand what to post, where, how often, and why
2. Platform Ownership
- Own Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube workflows
- Write captions, hooks, and context that increase reach and saves
- Understand platform nuances (formats, timing, distribution)
3. Podcast-Led Content (Strong Plus)
- Manage social distribution for podcast content
- Decide what clips deserve push vs what doesn't
- Coordinate with editors on cuts, hooks, and packaging
4. Performance & Iteration
- Track what's working (reach, saves, watch time, comments)
- Iterate content formats based on performance
- Develop repeatable content systems, not one-offs
5. Coordination & Ownership
- Work closely with editors, designers, and creators
- Maintain content calendars and publishing discipline
- Ensure deadlines, quality, and consistency are met
Who This Role Is For- 3+ years of experience managing social media for personal brands, creators, or founder-led pages
- Strong understanding of how creators scale, not just how brands post
- Comfortable with podcast-led ecosystems (or eager and fast to learn)
- Knows the difference between:
Reach vs relevance
Posting vs positioning
Trends vs long-term brand equity
- Can think independently and take ownership
