Social Media Manager LinkedIn & YouTube Specialist

Location: Chennai (WFO)

Experience: 36 Years (Agency experience preferred)

About the Role

Proeze is looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager with strong experience in Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media channels, building content strategies, producing engaging YouTube content, and delivering consistent growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Strategy & Management

Develop content strategies specifically tailored for LinkedIn (for brands, founders, and B2B accounts).

Plan and execute LinkedIn content calendars, creative concepts, and posting schedules.

Manage LinkedIn company pages and personal branding pages.

Track engagement, impressions, follower growth, and optimize accordingly.

YouTube Strategy & Content Production

Create complete YouTube channel strategies including content themes, formats, and SEO optimization.

Script, plan, and oversee YouTube video production (shorts + long-form).

Manage end-to-end publishing: thumbnails, titles, keywords, tags, and descriptions.

Analyse retention, watch time, and performance metrics to scale growth.

Creative Content Development

Brainstorm and develop fresh content ideas, storytelling formats, and platform-friendly scripts.

Work with designers, editors, and internal teams to bring ideas to life.

Ensure all content meets industry standards and best practices.

Execution & Page Management

Manage multiple brand pages across LinkedIn and YouTube.

Ensure timely posting, quality checks, and consistency of brand voice.

Monitor comments, community engagement, and respond promptly.

Analytics & Reporting

Track all platform metrics and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.

Provide insights and recommendations for better reach, engagement, and subscriber growth.

Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and new features.

Required Skills & Experience

36 years of hands-on experience in social media management.

Proven experience handling LinkedIn pages and YouTube channels (mandatory).

Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and scripting skills.

Good understanding of social media best practices, trends, and industry benchmarks.

Ability to plan, strategize, and execute campaigns end-to-end.

Video content knowledge (shooting/editing briefing) is an added advantage.

Strong communication and project management skills.
