Social Media Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the ideation, creation, and execution of social media campaigns and strategies to enhance brand presence. Responsibilities include managing content strategy, driving social media optimization (SMO), curating engaging posts, analyzing campaign performance, and fostering meaningful interactions with the online audience. Collaboration with internal teams to align social media efforts with overarching political and organizational goals is central to the role.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
• Exceptional Communication and Writing skills to create compelling and effective content
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy to align with organizational objectives
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure the performance of social media campaigns
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Working knowledge of political landscapes and trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or a related discipline
