About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our content presence across platforms and help grow Phiny's audience through engaging, insight-driven content.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage content for Phiny across LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Create and publish short-form videos, carousels, and social media posts focused on careers, hiring insights, and job preparation
- Use AI tools to generate, edit, and optimize content efficiently
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality video content pieces
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent publishing across platforms
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Identify trends and opportunities to create timely and relevant content
- Maintain a structured repository of social media assets, content ideas, and performance insights
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in social media management or content marketing
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok content formats
- Experience with video content creation and basic editing tools
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
- Strong storytelling and content ideation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
