About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the Social Media Manager, you'll lead social media campaigns, mentor a team, and collaborate closely with clients to deliver impactful social media strategies. You will play a key role in driving social media engagement and delivering tangible results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and platform-specific content (posts, videos, graphics) with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality content.
- Project Management: Ensure all tasks and projects are managed effectively, deadlines are met, and client expectations are exceeded.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor social media metrics, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, share progress updates, and present strategies.
- Industry Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Expertise in social media platforms and management tools (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media algorithms and best practices.
