Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

We're looking for a team member to manage daily operations & production at Paper-it. This includes handling order processing via Shopify, coordinating production from sampling to final dispatch, maintaining inventory, and supporting product development. A strong understanding of paper, printing processes, and an interest in new product innovation is essential.

What you'll do:

Plan & post content (stories, reels, posts)

Build campaigns and grow the brand online

Shoot & edit regularly (for website & Instagram)

Create AI-generated reels and product photos

Track performance & trends

Work with the design team

Create well-designed creatives for our feed

What we need:

12 years of experience

Strong understanding of Instagram trends

Good aesthetic sense & creative thinking for designing stories, posts, and product mockups

Familiarity with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva

Ability to create AI-generated photos and reels using our products

Skills in editing apps like InShot, CapCut, etc.

Strong copywriting & communication skills
