Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories) aligned with jewellery trends.
  • Coordinate with the photography/creative team for product shoots.
  • Write engaging captions, storytelling posts, and festive/promotional content.
  • Manage daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, Pinterest, etc.
  • Develop and execute monthly social media calendars.
  • Promote new collections, festivals, offers, and store events.
  • Maintain a consistent brand look, tone, and luxury aesthetic.
  • Work on influencer collaborations, giveaways, and brand partnerships.
  • Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages promptly.
  • Convert enquiries from social media into store visits or online sales.
  • Engage with followers, jewellery communities, and relevant pages.
  • Run paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (if required).
  • Monitor ad performance, optimise targeting, and manage budgets.
  • Track growth metrics: reach, impressions, engagement, leads, and ROI.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Stay updated with jewellery, fashion, and social media trends.
  • Create trend-based reels, stories, and campaigns for better reach.
  • Advise on the latest creative ideas to elevate brand appeal.
