Position: Social Media Manager

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Work Mode: In-Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Joining: Immediate

About the Role

Outcast is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, content planning, performance marketing creatives, and influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, content creation, and paid advertising to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Create monthly content calendars and oversee content publishing schedules.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Content & Creative Development

  • Plan and create engaging content including Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels, and Video Content.
  • Design high-quality creatives using Canva and coordinate with designers for advanced creative requirements.
  • Write compelling captions, campaign concepts, and content briefs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Performance Marketing & Ad Creatives

  • Conceptualize and create high-converting ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Display, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to develop ad copy, creative angles, hooks, and campaign messaging.
  • Analyze ad creative performance and continuously optimize based on engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Stay updated on creative trends, consumer behavior, and platform-specific advertising best practices.

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations.
  • Build relationships with creators and brand ambassadors.
  • Track influencer campaign performance and ROI.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor social media KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel and analytics tools.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brands.
  • Strong expertise in Canva and content creation tools.
  • Experience creating ad creatives and campaign concepts for paid marketing campaigns.
  • Good understanding of Meta Ads, social media algorithms, audience targeting, and content optimization.
  • Experience in influencer outreach and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
