ROLE SUMMARY
You will manage, grow, and evolve multiple social media accounts. Your job is to understand each platform deeply, research content trends, build ideas, plan aesthetics, execute platform-centric content, and grow the community. You are responsible for DMs, comments, stories, content calendars, and overall account growth.
This role is for someone who thinks like a creator + strategist + community builder.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Account Growth & Strategy
- Plan growth strategies for each platform (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Understand platform algorithms and adapt content accordingly.
- Set monthly growth goals and work backwards with clear actions.
- Identify new content formats, hooks, and style shifts to accelerate growth.
2. Content Research & Ideas
- Research industry trends, competitor content, viral formats, and creator strategies.
- Build platform-centric content ideas for reels, carousels, shorts, stories, and LinkedIn posts.
- Share creative directions with designers, editors, and content writers.
- Maintain an ongoing content idea bank for each brand.
3. Feed Aesthetics & Brand Identity
- Plan & maintain the visual identity of the feed (colours, layout, style, tone).
- Ensure the grid looks premium, consistent, and on-brand.
- Recommend adjustments for improving the brand's social presence.
4. Content Planning & Calendar
- Create monthly social media calendars across all platforms.
- Align with design, content, and editing teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure that every post is uploaded on time.
- Maintain content pipelines on Zoho Projects.
5. Community Building & Engagement
- Reply to all DMs across accounts.
- Respond to comments and maintain an active conversation with followers.
- DM potential leads, influencers, and collaborators based on strategy.
- Build a real community, not just followers.
- Make the page feel alive, responsive, and human.
6. Daily Story Execution
- Keep Instagram stories active every single day.
- Share updates, BTS, reposts, trending formats, polls, Q&A, product features, and client activities.
7. Account Management
- Track insights: reach, engagement, saves, shares, growth patterns.
- Recognise what's working and scale it.
- Report weekly progress with clear action steps.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and trending content formats.
- Strong content research skills.
- Aesthetic sense for feed planning.
- Excellent English writing & communication.
- Fast execution + strong follow-up habits.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Experience in managing 510 accounts simultaneously.
