Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our organization's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies that promote NovelVista's services, engage with our audience, and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:

1. Develop and execute compelling content across platforms such as Instagram,Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Stay updated on the latest social media trends to ensure content relevanceand engagement.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to align content with our brand's voice andobjectives.

Audience Engagement & Growth:

1. Identify and target the appropriate audience to increase followers andengagement.
2. Foster community engagement by responding to comments and messagespromptly.
3. Implement strategies to convert followers into leads and customers.

Performance Analysis:

1. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess contenteffectiveness.
2. Utilize analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize strategies accordingly.

Trend Monitoring & Adaptation:

1. Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
2. Suggest and implement new features or campaigns to enhance brandawareness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in social media management or content creation.

Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools.

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Baner, Pune office.

Candidates should be prepared to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-pacedenvironment.

A portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns or content is highlydesirable.
