We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Manager based strictly in Pune. Preference for candidates who have worked with clothing, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver a weekly content calendar.

Create, shoot, and edit high-quality photos, videos, and reels.

Manage posting: captions, hashtags, scheduling, and overall page hygiene.

Maintain brand aesthetic and storytelling.

Track insights and recommend improvements.

Stay updated with fashion + Instagram trends.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge:

Must be proficient in:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Lightroom

Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)

Canva

CapCut (reels editing)

Meta Business Suite (scheduling + analytics)

Good understanding of Instagram Reels transitions, effects, and trending audio.

Optional but helpful: Notion or Trello for planning.

Ideal Candidate:

Based in Pune (non-negotiable).

Has experience with clothing or fashion brands.

Strong editing skills and aesthetic sense.

Can independently create and deliver consistent weekly content.
