About the Role:
We're looking for a Social Media Manager, with 2+ years experience who can -

- execute with precision
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end social media strategies across all social media platforms
- Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify creative opportunities
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals
- Strategizing the messaging/copy for creatives and scripts for reels.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and reach
- Stay updated on social platform updates, algorithms, and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong analytical and observational skills
- Ability to turn insights and trends into actionable ideas
- Excellent communication and content planning abilities
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand tone
